Our gift vouchers are purchased as electronic gift vouchers sent either by email or SMS. These terms and conditions apply to all our gift cards.
Our digital gift vouchers are sent as an email to the sender (PDF attachment) and SMS with a link to the recipient. In this way, you can choose to both give a physical gift (PDF) and send it digitally, which is easier for the recipient to use.You can choose to send the gift card immediately or at a later date.
Everyone who receives a digital gift card will receive an SMS with a number code and QR code, along with a personalised greeting, which will be used for proof. The recipient shows the received QR code or number code at the point of use.
The sender can add personalised greetings and use their own photos and videos. The sender of the gift voucher receives an email confirmation of the order. The gift voucher can be used several times, the balance is updated continuously.
Physical gift cards are purchased at hotels, where the customer is handed a physical card.

Gift vouchers can be purchased on our website and at Preikestolen BaseCamp, at the mountain lodge.According to the law, the maximum amount for electronic gift cards is NOK 10,000. Unless otherwise stated, our gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.Unused gift cards are not refundable.The gift voucher can be used at our locations by presenting the QR/BAR code.The gift voucher can be used on the goods and services specified on the gift voucher and at our locations listed on the gift voucher.
If part of the amount on the gift voucher is used, the remaining amount will remain and can be used later.If you lose or have your gift card stolen, any misuse of the gift card will not be replaced. However, you can retrieve the electronic gift card again by contacting us.
If you are a consumer, a 14-day cancellation period applies to the purchase of gift cards on the website. The right of cancellation means that you can cancel the purchase of the gift card without giving any reason. Upon approved use of the right of cancellation, the purchase of the gift card will be refunded. The right of cancellation must be exercised within 14 days of the date on which the gift card was purchased and used gift cards cannot be returned.Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and purchases of gift vouchers cannot be cancelled.
