In 2021, getting to Preikestolen BaseCamp to enjoy nature has become even easier. Now that the undersea tunnel has finally opened, it takes only 30-40 minutes to reach us from Stavanger.
Getting to Preikestolen BaseCamp
The parking area at Preikestolen BaseCamp is owned and operated by the Preikestolen 365 foundation.
The area has a 1,000-car capacity and offers 20 electric charging stations for those who need to recharge their vehicle before returning home. Price: NOK 2.50 per kWh.
Parking fee for short-term visitors
NOK 40, – for up to 2 hours.
Parking fee for hikers / day tourists
NOK 250, – pr. day and night.
As an overnight or full-day guest at Preikestolen BaseCamp (team building, conferences, ect.), you may park for free.
Please contact a member of our staff before departing the BaseCamp area.

You and your loved ones can choose between a variety of activities and mountain hikes, ranging from fun and easy to more demanding. Stay with us over multiple days - we promise you’ll create memories together!
