HUNGRY?

Welcome to Preikestolen BaseCamp’s eateries!

During the autumn and winter seasons, we warmly welcome you to visit Hikers' Café, our rustic yet cozy casual eatery, which is located just adjacent to the Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) trailhead. Take a break before or after your hike and enjoy the café’s tasty comfort food dishes. If you’re thirsty, the café offers an assortment of warm and cold drinks, including wine and beer.

During the low season, the Foodhall at Preikestolen Mountain Lodge will have very limited opening hours. Please see the opening hours for more information.

Hikers’ Café

Hikers' Café is centrally located just adjacent to the trailhead to Preikestolen. At Hikers' Café, we serve hearty cold and warm dishes that are well-suited for both pre- and post-hike breaks. Wine, beer, and other cold beverages can be enjoyed both inside and outside on the terrace.

Every Sunday in November, the Foodhall at Preikestolen Mountain Lodge will have these beloved dumplings on the menu. The dish includes all the traditional accompaniments: mashed swede, sausage, salted lamb, bacon, and drippings -  just the way the locals like it!

PRICE PER PERSON | NOK 249,- (half-price for children under 13 yrs.)
Includes coffee and a slice of cake.

The Foodhall
