The Winter Package at Preikestolen BaseCamp - the year's most beautiful work adventure

Most companies plan courses and conferences for spring or autumn – and end up at the same hotels, with the same white walls and the same view of the parking lot. The Winter Package at Preikestolen BaseCamp gives you the chance to do something completely different.

A well-deserved place in the memory book

Because the silence of the winter mountains isn't empty. It creates room for focus, calm, and the kind of conversations that can actually move something forward. Here, you trade the traditional conference hotel for mountains, fresh air, and surroundings your team will remember long after the gathering is over.

We welcome course and conference guests throughout the entire winter season. And if you're going to hold a winter conference in Rogaland, there are few places that offer a greater contrast to everyday work life than the mountains around Refsvatnet and Lysefjorden.

Picture this: Day one begins with lunch and a clear agenda. The meeting room has a panoramic view of the mountains. It's quiet. No traffic. No phone notifications demanding your attention. Just you, your team, and the questions that actually matter.

When it's time for a break from the meeting room, fresh mountain air is waiting right outside. Team-building activities are led by experienced activity guides, with the nature around Preikestolen as the setting. Afterward, you gather around the dinner table in our architect-designed restaurant and enjoy a three-course dinner made with local ingredients.

The next morning, you wake up at Preikestolen Fjellstue, have breakfast, and continue the program. Day two wraps up with lunch before you head home – hopefully a little happier, a little wiser, and a little more bonded as a team.

Here's what a mountain conference package looks like with us: focused work indoors, fresh air outdoors, and everything practical brought together in one place.

What does the Winter Package at Preikestolen BaseCamp include?

The Winter Package is a complete lunch-to-lunch conference at Preikestolen, where most of what you need for your gathering is brought together in one place.

The package includes a meeting venue for two days, coffee, tea and fruit, a two-course lunch both days, team-building, a three-course dinner, overnight accommodation with breakfast at Preikestolen Fjellstue, and free parking.

When you choose a meeting room with accommodation at the same location, you avoid spending time on transport between the conference, dinner, and hotel. That means more time together and less logistics to worry about.

A winter conference at Preikestolen BaseCamp offers a completely different kind of calm than the spring and autumn seasons. The mountain is quiet, the daylight is soft, and the group can concentrate without the usual distractions.

That makes winter especially well suited for strategy gatherings, leadership meetings, workshops, and other events where you need time to think, discuss, and land important decisions.

With a ready-made conference package in the mountains, all you need to bring is your people and your agenda. We take care of the meeting room, food, activities, and accommodation, so the conference content gets the attention it deserves.
